Summary
Performs a range of office duties, such as answering phones and directing calls, greeting customers, performing routine clerical tasks, data entry and other assignments assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Answers and directs phone calls, takes messages, and provides general information
• Opens and routes incoming mail, emails and faxes; distributes correspondence and other material to department staff.
• Performs a range of office duties in which include but not limited to; data entry, creating reports, ordering office materials, printing letters and scanning.
• Maintains, processes, updates files, records, and/or other documents.
• Reconciling cash drawers, counting cash and making deposits.
• May run various errands

Preferred Skills and qualifications
• Strong time-management and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with office applications such as Word and Excel
• Skilled in the use of operating basic office equipment.
• Basic Accounting knowledge desired
• Must have High School Diploma and/or GED equivalency
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
