Hole 10 – Squatter’s Cabin
Par 4 / 362 Yards
Legend has it that in the old days, when the mines operating at Johnsville, and hay was cut on some of these meadows, a man with his horse and wagon disappeared while crossing one of the swamps or peat bogs in the area, never to be seen again. It was believed to have occurred in the vicinity of #10 fairway. In digging the many miles of ditch for Graeagle Meadows’ water system an old wagon tongue was uncovered.
Pro Tip: A long straight away par four will require two long and accurate shots to have a chance at par. The green is guarded by a bunker and pond on the right side. Better to be long on this monster of a hole.
